Amira's holidays with her mum Aigul have come to an end
This season of velvet holidays was a special time for Amira, a blind girl, and her mother Aigul, who were able to enjoy the magical world of Cyprus with the support of the "Rainbow in Cyprus" foundation.
Amira is particularly sensitive to the element of water: despite her lack of sight, she loves the sea and has almost learnt to swim, fulfilling her mother's long-held dream of teaching her daughter to swim. Amirochka was born blind, and doctors said that she would not walk, talk or develop in general. And now you can see her achievements on our Instagram profile!
Amirochka also loves to sing, chanting Tatar and Russian songs, and her voice filled every day with warmth and light.
Mum Aigul sincerely thanks everyone who helped give them these unforgettable moments and wishes everyone goodness and light.
Yes, Amira will never be able to see the sea with her own eyes, but she was able to smell the sea breeze and hear the sound of waves. This is happiness... For this we thank friends and volunteers of the Rainbow for their help in organising holidays for this wonderful family.
After all, it is so wonderful to leave in memory the good that we create with our own hands....
