Velvet October in Cyprus

Marta and her mum Jolanta's holidays didn't go quite as planned - the girls got a bit sick. But Iolanta, as always, stays positive. She has a special motto: see the bright side in everything and find the positives! Never despair and never give up - even a difficult situation can turn out for the best if you look at it with faith and positivity.

Marta is a special girl with Rett syndrome. Despite her difficulties, she knows how to enjoy life, loves the sea and sunbathing, and her smile fills everyone around her with warmth.

This trip to Cyprus was a long-awaited respite for them -  an opportunity to breathe in the sea air and feel the care and love of the people around them.
