Learning to cook vertuta

Traditions are passed down from generation to generation, as well as the recipes of grandmothers, so that they do not sink into summer, we want to preserve and give you, and you, in turn, leave this legacy to your children! In my master class, I will teach you how to cook vertuts!

I collected all the subtleties of cooking from my two Ukrainian and Bulgarian grandmothers and improved it into my recipe!

What are vertices? Come and you will not only learn how to cook them and delight your loved ones, but of course you will also try the crispy crust rolls with cabbage, potatoes, cottage cheese, apples! Forget about diets and restrictions for a while, plunging into the rustic taste
