I am the mum of the beautiful princess Olivia. My little girl is a very long-awaited, love-born child. I was the happiest when I found out I was going to be a mum - a princess baby. My Olivia was born on a cold February day in 2011 at 32 weeks. Birth weight - 1860 gr., height -43 cm. Prenatal leakage of amniotic fluid.

After the maternity hospital I saw my daughter not immediately, as she was transferred to the OPN with Ds: Cerebral ischaemia of the 3rd degree. 32 weeks prematurity, multiple pulmonary atelectasis. IUI. Retinopathy of prematurity 2 st. Meeting with my beauty surpassed all expectations, hearing my voice waved to me and began all sorts of jumping legs, she was so happy to hear the voice of mummy. And my happiness was not limited, I cried with happiness. The first 4 months my daughter developed like a normal healthy baby. I noticed deterioration after vaccination from hepatitis. A series of examinations began.
At the age of one year we were given a disability with Ds: Spastic tetraparesis, cerebral palsy, convergent strabismus.

Since birth we have regularly received treatment in rehabilitation centres, sanatoriums and medical clinics: clinic "Berseneva" - Kiev, clinic "Kozyavkina" - Truskavets, RC "Detstvo" - Moscow, sanatorium "Iskra" - Crimea. Moscow, sanatorium "Iskra" - Crimea, RC "Adeli" - Penza, RC "FMBA of Russia" - Pyatigorsk, RC "Astra" - Elabuga, RC "Emerald City" - Kazan, "First Step" - Kazan, , Children's Hospice and since 2019 in school. For her thirteen years, Olivia has already overcome many difficulties, despite this my daughter is a very kind, polite, cheerful and joyful girl, she likes to walk, play, socialise, paint with colours, weave beads, sing. She attends the dancing school "Tango", where children dance on wheelchairs. Olivia dreams of walking, but it is hard for her, her legs are not obedient, but she tries very hard to walk with support. However, despite the diagnoses, the daughter is able to surprise everyone around her with her good mood, desire to learn a lot.
In 2019, Olivia went to the first class at the Kazan Special (Correctional) Boarding School No. 4 for children with disabilities, we travel far and get up early. There are 8 people in the class, Olivka likes studying very much, she is a good student. Her favourite subjects are music, technology and mathematics. I am raising my daughter alone, in the status of a single mother. For so many years of rehabilitation and treatment, Olivia dreams of spending holidays on the fabulous island of "Cyprus", to visit places of healing springs, to breathe mountain air, to swim in the Mediterranean Sea, to see a big olive tree.

A fulfilled dream for a "special" child means a lot: it will add strength, improve emotional state and help to withstand the hard struggle for life.

We'd buy tickets and fly far away,
To take a break from treatments and care,
Breathe the fresh, salty air of the bay,
And bask in the Cyprus sun's glare.
